1. Does CruiseBe all cruise companies, ports and languages?
CruiseBe has information about ~30 cruise companies, ~300 ships, and ~500 ports of call in different countries.

Right now CruiseBe is available only in English.

2.Do you provide any documentation on how to use the platform?

3. Does CruiseBe provide the formal invoices for payments?
Yes. If you need an official invoice, just contact us, and we’ll send it to your email (that is used for account registration) within two business days. The receipt will be issued instantly after the transaction.

4. How many people can use one CruiseBe account?
One person should use and manage one CruiseBe account. You can always contact us to increase the number of users in your account.

5. We can not pay with Visa, MasterCard or Amex, are there any other payment options?
Yes, please contact us, and we will find a solution for you

6. Does CruiseBe provide a free trial?
Yes, you will get a week of a free trial. As soon as the trial ends, you have to add the payment method to continue using our service.

7. Can I cancel a subscription if I don’t need it anymore?
Yes. You can do it yourself in your account, or you can email us to cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Do you provide refunds?
We provide 7 days free trial, and we don`t provide refunds. And you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, we can discuss the situation on a case-by-case basis. Please use the link to contact us to solve your issue.

9. How can I pay? When will I be charged?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards. You will be charged for the first month or year of your subscription after the free trial, depending on the plan that you choose. After the free trial, you will need to add the payment method to continue using our service. The subscription fee will be subsequently charged once a month or annually, depending on the plan you choose. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted and popular payment service providers today.

10. Can I switch from one plan to another?
Yes. You can do it yourself in your account, or you can email us to change your subscription plan at any time. *username hasn’t to be changed
